Delivery Terms
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments (France) are in transit for 2 - 7 days. International transits can take up to 2 months depending on the country.
About PREORDERS
Note that if preordered items are included in your order, I will not be able to ship your order until the items are ready to be shipped out. This concerns customers who purchase both stock items and preordered items.
I ship all my parcels via La Poste (local French courrier). See the new rates for 2025 below :

Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier and external factors like delays. I am able to offer a more specific estimate when your order is tracked.
Pre-orders
Allow a production time and shipment time of 15 to 30 days when it comes to preordered items. Delays may occur due to customs or holiday seasons.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, I am able to change the address at any time before the order is prepared to ship, but please inform me of that change as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact me ASAP so that I can conduct an investigation with my postal office. (via Instagram dms, Twitter dms or email at [email protected]).
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking code from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
I am not responsible for any damage that occurred during transit if the transportation is in fault, so I will not provide refunds. However, if my packaging happened to be the reason why it was damaged, I will refund you 70% of the price.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, I am able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, I will be able to refund you only if you return me the package.
Process for parcel lost in-transit
I will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost ONLY if it was a tracked order. I am not responsible for the loss of an untracked package.
